       Jiangsu Qinene New Material Co., Ltd. was established in August 2017. It is a company specializing in the research and development, production and sales of high-purity semiconductor materials. In 2018, it passed the ISO9000 quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system certification. The company's main business is the production and sales of high-purity red phosphorus and N/P-type master alloys, and the sales of high-purity silicon powder and silicon wafers. The company has its own analysis and testing room, equipped with IC-PMS (glow coupled discharge mass spectrometer), ICP-OES (glow coupled discharge spectrometer), atomic force microscope and other advanced testing equipment. The highly intelligent transformation of the production workshop ensures the high purity of materials and the consistency of quality. And established a long-term cooperative relationship with the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and jointly established a joint laboratory. The company's core technical team is led by Wu Zhanping, the leader of my country's high-purity red phosphorus invention team and Guiyang city management expert, and semiconductor research experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with strong technical force. The quality of high-purity red phosphorus products has been recognized and praised by customers at home and abroad, and the technical indicators have reached the international leading level.
