Semiconductor research expert of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in the research of compound single crystal material growth technology and materials. Nearly 100 published papers have been included by SCI, 60 papers, and EI indexed 40 papers, and have been cited more than 120 times. He has presided over many national key projects, won one second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize at the provincial and ministerial level, and obtained 5 invention patents.
